I see the owners response but my manager did call and try to book online which was not possible. Not sure who the manager was but I only saw 1 girl in the office and she was very hostile and annoyed right from the start. There was no mention of a wait list until the response to this review and we tried to coordinate over the phone but we're only told that someone had to come in person. Not good if you are a large company that operates remotely. Perhaps for personal use it is better. The company I work for was organizing a large marketing campaign in the area and needed a storage unit. I am in charge of this project since I live in the area. My operations manager tried to book online but there was no option to do so. She sent me in to sign the leasing agreement on the companies behalf since I will be the one with access.
