Terrible management unless mgt co has changed, but great staff. Any prospective buyers should be aware of upcoming ($10k/unit?) elevator replacement assessment, mandate to replace all windows ($800/window) or paint every 5 yrs with owner paid scaffolding and painters, constant garage door/elevator/plumbing issues (hence the assessments and increased fees), possibly very depleted reserve to pay for $350k boiler replacement. Just a contractor who did some work on the 11th floor. Paint and plaster repair. Beautiful building. Friendly helpful workers who run the freight elevator. Professional and respectful. Top notch building from what I seen. Thank you.
