Buyer Beware! Dartmouth Tower is a wonderful community of residents that form a nice community. However, the management is not to be trusted. The Ellis company, which manages this complex and others in the area such as Scottsman and Scottsman Too, replaced 4 sets of managers during the very short 1 year that I spent there, leaving many issues handled poorly and in an inconsistent manner.
