We specifically asked the hospital to call a prescription in and they put it in before the procedure. Two hours later they had not filled it and we had to wait a half hour with my spouse in severe pain needing to get home 1 1/2 hours away as soon as possible.
Discharged on a holiday from DHMC, never asked which pharmacy we wanted, just sent here (Stark Law?). Sat in line of cars for 40 minutes then drove 75 minutes home. If we’d been asked which pharmacy we would have picked one close to home.
My opinion: Centerra is a joke. I was just charged for my meds i have HAD FOR A YEAR and they have been covered this entire time at both rite aid before closing and centerra. Now all of a sudden, my script needs to be changed to home delivery and be a 90 day script? Did you think to notify patients with pending scripts to do this?
