I just want to say that I have had a hard time getting a medication that I have been taking for the past few months. A lot of pharmacies just cant get it in stock. A couple of months ago, I literally called pharmacies within a 50 mile radius and for some reason I decided to try D-H Centerra pharmacy and found that they had it in stock! Always a long wait. Often they don't have the prescription ready. No way to get back in line. Wastes 20min each time. Today, received text it was ready. Nope.
The staff are really good with filling your prescription candy the store is clean
Please be patient there's always a long line and prescription take a bit
sent me someone else's prescription. then told me I couldn't get a new refill until they can ship the replacement. HIPAA anyone? then I was told, for the centerra pharmacy...your script will be ready at 11...then it was 1....then 2....they are "busy". it's now almost 4 and I'm just getting my script. Will be changing pharmacies because this isn't the first issue.
