I have been trying to get some prescriptions filled that the doctor wrote. I've called several times. I saw a doctor a week and a half ago. The response I was given is that there a PA department handles pre-authorizations and I should expect it to take 14-21 business days for them to submit the paper work to my insurance company 🤯
I am pleased with my care here from both the urgent care staff and from my primary care physician. Every staff member has been excellent and has taken good care of me!
