I would give -5 stars if I could. I'm appalled by the arrogant, unprofessional and negligent attitudes of the staff at DH Nashua, Merrimack; basically New Hampshire in general. Jumping through hoops aside, they refused to give me the proper medical documentation to cover my work-based injury that kept me out of work and required surgery.
