rude receptionists, they make your appointments without calling to see if that works for you, gets an attitude when you need to change it and will lie about the days they have available. i’ve had to call back to talk to someone else multiple times just to get different answers everytime. i wasn’t told by anyone that i couldn’t eat this morning, yet when i called to confirm they’re like you can’t eat past 8am… it’s 8:20am and i have cancer, eating anything is extremely important for me right now. they obviously hate their job... read more
Dr Gemery has been absolutely wonderful, thorough and caring. He has always followed up with me and answered all of my questions. I feel very fortunate to have had him for my care.
I have always loved Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital. Yes there is newish private and corporate leadership taken control - which is not so great for healthcare...and Sometimes the employees arent the greatest to their patients, but for the past decade, most of the doctors and nurses and employees I have met, make DHMC one the best hospitals in the upper valley.
Paul is an absolute gem! He was so kind and helpful. This was my first MRI, and I was a little nervous. He answered all of my questions with detailed explanations and even went above and beyond, escorting me to the imaging office to get a copy of my scan. Also, the gentleman who did my scan was very helpful and through. I really appreciate him taking the time to make sure I had everything I needed. They really made the whole experience pleasant, even though I'm here for an unpleasant reason. Thank you
As someone who has to get regular rechecks, it's frustrating to be respectful of their time by showing up early, as requested, only for them to be chronically late. On today's visit I asked for a status update, and was told 'mammo is frequently behind, is there a problem?' I said the problem is that I have to work, and I've been here almost 40 mins. She said they're doing their best, which I understand, but if there's a chronic issue, maybe consider whether there's a solution that respects your patients time as much as your ... read more
