NIghtmare of an experience. Not only did they misdiagnose me, they gave me a prognosis of 1-2 years when my new Drs say I should live a normal life. Will drop you with no follow up or phone call letting you know when you get a second opinion. Ended up RUNNING away to Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC, thank goodness.
I was surprised to read earlier reviews of the DH Radiation Oncology unit that were highly critical of the treatment received there. I cannot speak to their experience, but mine could not have been more different. Although my treatment plan took a bit longer to implement than I might have hoped, once it was initiated, I could not have been more pleased with what is inherently a grueling process. Absolute worst experience here at a patient overall and absolute worst experience as a cancer patient. Do your research and don't come here.
