Show up to get my wife’s seizure medication, there holding it in there hand saying insurance will not cover it. I drive to dicks house with a change in address from the doctor to get the medication there instead. They said sure insurance will cover it no problem just wait 20 minutes we have to go pick it up from Centera …….
I’m constantly trying to get my medications refilled through the home delivery because my insurance is forcing me to. When I call they say it’s too early to refill so I wait another day or 2 and then they say I didn’t call soon enough and it’s not their fault that it’s late. These are medically necessary medications that I’m jumping through hoops for while also trying to work. Home delivery is supposed to be convenient but it’s the complete opposite.
