Hot tip. Call to refill....I was told that the automated phone line and the app dont guarantee that meds are filled on time. Even when I put the order in Friday for Saturday 5pm pickup, and came Sunday at 5pm. Waiting 15min in the parking lot.
We needed to fill a prescription following surgery today. The lines inside and out were long. We opted to return later. The line was much shorter after 2 pm. The prescription had not been filled and the medication may not have been in stock. The technician was very helpful. They had the medication in a different strength and could adjust the dose. Beyond frustrated. First off I don’t like being lied to. But their favorite thing to say is “ oh we just got the prescription” um no. You got that several hours ago. Then they tell you it’ll be 15-20 minutes. But you be patient and give them 30 minutes. Get back to the window just for them to say it’s still not ready but they’ll go look for it. Be prepared to wait in line. Not good when you've just be released from the hospital and are in pain. This place was crazy busy.
