Infuriating that DHMC providers try to force everyone to use this pharmacy. If you want to be unnecessarily delayed and frustrated after a long stressful day in the ER, then this pharmacy is perfect for you! Otherwise—steer clear! The window girl literally disappeared for 10+ minutes with my insurance card and meds (pain killers)—not even the pharmacist knew where the heck she went! Super suspicious and piss poor customer service. Will NEVER return there no matter how much DHMC providers try to twist my arm into it again.

Bills itself as one of the best in the area, but in reality is HORRIBLE. Use another pharmacy, they hire incompetent people who have no clue what they are doing. The last 7 times in a row I have gone there and they say they have medication ready, only to tell me it's not ready and to come back in another 25 mins. We're talking fluoride tablets, and not controlled substances. Use one of the chain pharmacies, use mail order, use something else OTHER THAN THIS PHARMACY, they are plain AWFUL, plain and simple.

I get buphenorphen and im treated like im still a drug addict ive had alot of issues with this place and i just picked up my script and lady checking me out said to me enjoy them im not sure who she thinks she is but thats last straw will go elsewhere from now on and all they talk about is how many customers they have now so im sure they wont miss little ole me very sad and very unprofessional and i dont have to be judged
