Had severe sinus issues twice this past year. Despite being a current patient, ENT couldn't get me in for over two months on each. But then the issue was less prominent. So they basically did nothing, but charged thousands of dollars and then couldn't even diagnosis me properly. During the wait time, I urgently emailed doctor on portal and called the nurse triage. Doctor forgot about the message (their words), and responded 4 weeks later, which again was useless.
My Family is Looking to bring awareness practices at the ENT department. They need help. First negative review ive written at dhmc, congrats ENT
If I could leave a 0 I would. I have a surgery scheduled 1 month out for my ear and I have been calling every week for an entire month because I have 8 follow up appointments booked without my knowledge and I can't make not 1 appointment. I was never notified what appointments are for. I have even called the supervisor and left a voicemail and will not get any call back and no one will answer their phone. This place is pretty sketchy if you ask me and seem like only care about money with no care for their patients at all.
I don’t ever leave reviews, but had to for this one. Was booked out a week, despite having two urgent referrals. Spent hours on the phone to have someone tell me I could get an appointment the following day or possibly the same afternoon. Got disconnected and the scheduler went back on their word saying I would have to wait because I “don’t have cancer so it’s not super urgent”. Dr Saunders is at the very top of chain for those that need his specialized services. Hands down, there is no one I would recommend more than his professional expertise as a surgeon
