This is hands down the worst department at Dartmouth I’ve experienced. Not only have they been rude, dismissive and incredibly long wait times but I waited almost a year for a colonoscopy and endoscopy just for me to be forced to cancel it months before telling my primary care there is no longer a provider Communicating is extreme lacking and I’ve gone months with zero communication, zero feedback about my test results all while my symptoms and pain have been dismissed. I can't believe this is even real. I was made to wait 30+ minutes to sit down with the doctor finally and then sent off after 5 minutes. I will update this and give a higher rating if this department is capable of doing anything at all to help me. I haven't been able to eat for a couple months. This happened before and I ended up needing my gallbladder removed and it took me going to Gifford for them to be able to finally figure that it was my gallbladder when I kept telling them it was my gallbladder. 2/14/ 25: Update: trie... read more
