I can't believe this is even real. I was made to wait 30+ minutes to sit down with the doctor finally and then sent off after 5 minutes. I will update this and give a higher rating if this department is capable of doing anything at all to help me. I haven't been able to eat for a couple months. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the GI Department at Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon. I’ve been a patient here since I was 18 years old, and now at 42, I can honestly say this team has changed my life. I had a horrible experience here my original doctor was great. Then she left i got stuck with a doctor that didnt help me with anything. I missed few appointments do to being sick and had have abbcess drained at different hospital she dismissed as nothing . I haved medicare and dont drive. Very hard get to appointments there when the ride share company never would show up .doctor wouldnt allow virtual appointments. She never believed me about pain i was in or my rectal issues. If I could give a zero stars I would! The review is saying that you will die before you get fixed going to Dartmouth are true! Run before they put you in a never ending loop! Because they won't fix you! Update: Spoke with patient care. They said they are not able to handle the symptoms. They don't have anyone who knows anything about it... But in the beginning 4 years ago they offered a fast diagnosis of the problem with no follow up or support. Yet they have posters in the building advertising what they treat the diagnosis.... read more
