I have been to the ER three times in the last year and have received exceptional care every time. I can’t thank the doctors, nurses, and staff enough for their care, expertise, and professionalism. We are so lucky to have this incredible resource in our area.
Family member brought in via heli and everyone from the heli crew to the e.r staff was friendly, informative, and thorough. We are not from NH so I was happy to see the level of care and professionalism. Thank you!
The staff once admitted were super nice and trying hard. The experience coming into the ER. they treat it like urgent care here. No one. Was at reception when I came in for like 5 mins. And then they immediately gave my wife some attitude because she couldn't hear that well and was in pain. Then when hours later I go to get a candy bar. They don't have any signage explaining how to re-enter the patient rooms. And then gave me and another guy attitude when we were trying to open the door. they truly do their best i am a difficult patient with many issues and they do their best if I had $ I would choose a concierge doctor but here I am doing the best I can to survive..
We are so glad we made the trip. It was a long wait but well worth it. All the ER staff, inpatient staff, Office of Care Management, doctors and nurses provided excellent patient care. The providers worked together as a team to diagnose and treat me as quickly and accurately as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better hospitalist (Dr. Kolker) and care team. The rest of the team included Dr. Aridgides (Pulmonology), Dr. Radovanovic (Hospital medicine), and NP Berman (Emergency Medicine). I would highly recommend them!
