After multiple attempts of trying to schedule a Stress Test for a family member, they claim they still have not received the referral despite it being sent 3 times. They have also admitted a “tremendous backlog of faxed referrals”, saying each time to “Call back tomorrow”. This has been going on for over a week now. I was a patient of DHMC cardiology for many years and I had an excellent 5 star experience. My physician retired and I was assigned to a new doctor who knew absolutely nothing about my case or condition. He couldn’t pronounce any of the medications I had been taking from DHMC for years.
