The specialists I saw during my brief stay for a mini stroke were attentive and thorough. I was given a full explanation of the procedures they were performing and follow-up appointments were set before I was discharged. The director of the department took the time to explain what further action was called for in my case. Everyone was kind and professional.

Quality of care is fine but they are extremely backed up and scheduling is a nightmare.

I've been a cardiac patient at DHMC Lebanon for 10 years. I've never had better care than I get there. Always on time with appointments, scheduling and general care. Highly recommend seeing anyone in that department.

After multiple attempts of trying to schedule a Stress Test for a family member, they claim they still have not received the referral despite it being sent 3 times. They have also admitted a “tremendous backlog of faxed referrals”, saying each time to “Call back tomorrow”. This has been going on for over a week now. We are no longer “calling back tomorrow and instead take our business elsewhere as we seem to be more invested in possibly saving a life then they are! I was a patient of DHMC cardiology for many years and I had an excellent 5 star experience. My physician retired and I was assigned to a new doctor who knew absolutely nothing about my case or condition. He couldn’t pronounce any of the medications I had been taking from DHMC for years.
