Won’t let you make an appointment without a referral. Giving everyone a heads up so they don’t waste their time like I did.
Very happy with Sarah Hughes and the peanut and tree nut oral immunotherapy program! A few in person visits but mostly telemed! My son was anaphylactic to nuts and so far testing not reactive at all. Recommend this program to anyone! DHMC should expand this program as it is some of the most impactful medicine there can be. Life changing for families and potentially changing how pediatric allergies are treated. Could be the new gold standard around the world!
Scheduled an appt for my 3 year old back in March or so for this August 2024. Called to verify the appt for the end of the month because our daughter starts Pre-K the same day. Rather than rescheduling the appt knowing we already waited months I was just going to pull her out of school for 30 minutes and conduct the virtual appt in our car of the school parking lot.
