They do NOT care about you. Have been told multiple times that my care is not important to them. If you want an appointment with neurology just forget it. They cancel appointments you have to book out months in advance and give no notice. They just hope you dont see and then their administrative side will hang up on you, belittle you, and ignore your concerns.
