this place sucks the staff is rude and don't really care about your health
Really disappointed. In August I reached out to schedule a appointment with a new pcp. Intake on the phone was great, I scheduled an appointment in early November. That got cancelled. I was annoyed but called back and rescheduled. Well... I just called in because I had not received a reminder call for my appointment this week. RecommendedI went for a pre-op Covid test and was impressed with the well coordinated test procedure. The nursing staff did an excellent job and had time to answer a question. It was a raw day and pouring rain so not pleasant to spend time outside in a tent.
Look elsewhere for your healthcare needs!! I’ve been trying since yesterday morning to get my MRI results. I’ve call about 6 times. I’ve spoken to multiple receptionists & even their supervisor. I’ve spoken to people who have promised to call me with the results. Not one single person has bothered to take the 5 minutes required to call me back!
