Evie did a phenomenal job with my little boy tonight. We came in last minute because he took pre-med. He was mortified. Her and her teammate were phenomenal. So patient, caring and kind. Took the time to get my little guy at ease. We drove an hour to make it to this lab because it was the only one open on a Friday night til 8pm. Although the website says 8:30pm so we felt horrible for holding them past their shift.
Linda from the front desk at the lab was amazing. She got me checked in & made sure they came to the nearest door to me because I was shaky from doing fasting labwork. After my appointment she waited for me and held the doors and then per my request she went and got my car and drove it upfront for me so I wouldn’t risk falling. She went above and beyond the call of duty and D-H is lucky to have her!!!
Everyone was very professional and I was in and out.
Easy, efficient experience by the plebotomist. I think her name was Ana. She took pride in her job. I felt safe and respected. Good job!
I had the BEST phlebotomist ever. Her name was KK and she was FANTASTIC. Took less than 5 minutes, very sweet and nice. And she got me on one try and it was painless.
