To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I called MONTHS ago to get my son in for an appointment since he was having skin reactions and concerns (he was about 6-7 months old at the time) the receptionist who made the appointment was incredibly rude stating they didn't have an appointment until February, after he already turned 1. Frustrated, I booked it and asked for advice in the meantime if they could help a concerned mother at all, and she said they can't give advice until they are seen. OK, fine.
