Dr Spector is AMAZING and we absolutely love his care and treatment!!!!!!!!! On the other hand, the woman greeting people & checking them is as absolutely inconsiderate. She is rude, gives dirty looks and asks questions that are unrelated to the appointment. If your job is to interact with people DAILY, I would consider being a kinder person. I absolutely despise coming in for an appointment because of this lady.
Neither the written referral from my PCP (which THEY require, not my ins. company) nor the THREE phone calls I placed to their "Patient Services" staff would result in me being "accepted" as a new patient. Perhaps their clinical care is first rate. I will never know because I could not get into the practice. I went to Mass ENT in Derry, NH instead, and have been super pleased.
Do not go here. Was a terrible experience all around. Took forever to meet with someone who then just gave me basic information that I can easily google myself. Then charged me $700. $200 for the doctor. And the rest was to apparently pay for the facility?? That should not be on me to pay. Terrible all around.
I fully understand the 2.4 reviews. Calling to establish care, and they are not accepting new patients 🙄🙄🙄.
I'm not going to wait 3 months to see a doctor especially when I'm already a client. I needed medical assistance urgently and they really attempted to book me three months down the line. I would have been much less insulted if they told me we were full, yet the receptionist continued to waste my time
