I have been going to Dr. Specter for a few years now. I never feel rushed or not listened to. He is very personable. He continues to try to improve my hearing.
Not impressed. The atmosphere didn't exude friendliness, warmth or high professionalism. Even the receptionist had an expression like she hated her job. Never smiled, & spoke in a monotone. I went there expecting to see an actual MD, & be told that either I do or do not have tinnitus, & what, if any, my options are. Instead, I had only a hearing test similar to those I had in the nurse's office in elementary school 65 years ago.
