We have been using the DHMC Heater Road Clinic since 2014 - It is convenient, we can always get an appointment when needed, we have been take care of promptly and professionally, and we never feel rushed when in our appointments. Having read the other reviews I felt that I needed to provide one to counter some of the negative comments. After waiting seven months to see a primary care physician at Valley Regional Primary Care and Pediatrics, I got fed up and contacted this clinic. They saw me that same month. I hesitate to share my experience because of so many one star reviews, but I had a very good experience. I saw APRN, Johanna McKenna, for an introductory visit. She was attentive, asked good questions, and is willing to help me approach my health holistically, when possible. I have been told by 3 different nurses I will receive a call back within 24-48 hours and once again nobody has called instead I've had to call 3 times to be told the same thing and them not call back. This is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever been too. Do yourself a favor and get an office that truly cares about your well being and will do as they say they will.
This physical therapy place told me that they don’t bill car insurances, that I could do that on my end. When I called my injury lawyer he said they have to bill directly and if they don’t it won’t get paid for. So now I owe hundreds of dollars because I wasn’t given the full information from Dartmouths billing department. Physical therapists are good, but you can barely get an appointment.
