I absolutely love coming here! I always have a good experience, everyone is so caring and accommodating .
It took Stephanie 50 minutes to get our names, date of birth and to schedule our first visit. She then said she didn’t know how to send us a confirmation email with our scheduled appointment, but that she “might” be able to send us a text but “isn’t sure” and hung up. This call needs to be pulled and used as training material for employees. If Dartmouth Hitchcock is serious about maintaining their reputation as one of the finest healthcare institutions in the Northeast, these are the areas they need drastic improvement in. Dr Catherine Holub-Smith. Is one of the nicest people I have ever met. The hospital is always helpful. It is a great place for your kids.
Dr. Silva & Dr. Catherine Holub-Smith are absolutely amazing. They both listen to every concern, even the smallest ones. On top of following up with other members of the care team, and always get back to you quickly so you’re not left waiting and wondering. I can’t say enough wonderful things.
