Whoever Stephanie is in spine center - probably shouldn’t be there. I called to get an appointment, explained my situation and was told I needed a referral. I tried to explain that my insurance doesn’t require a referral, and she repeated that I needed a referral. Ok, fine. But don’t go to hang up on me before you tell me where to send the referral. If you don’t care able people- don’t work in health care.
Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. If I could leave 0 or negative stars, I would.
Billing department is worst department in Dartmouth Hitchcock. I call many times and say will fix it and again again same thing they don’t fix it . I am very tired from calling many times . Old billing department much better!
