Received numerous calls from this company claiming that I owed $120K in taxes and they could help with the situation. Also claimed that the IRS had placed a lien on all of my possessions and had sent notification to an address which I haven't lived at in 14 years. Pretty strange that the IRS doesn't have my current mailing address considering I file a federal tax return every year. RUN!!! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. For three years they kept taking my money even after stating it was a flat fee in their sales pitch. They continued to tell me they were "Working on it". Then I had to have my taxes redone by their COS for an additional $400. There was a continuous turnover of people and each new Manager tried to sell me more costly services. When I finally asked for an owner/President they quit taking my calls and did no further work. I am having to do it on my own now. They should be charged with FRAUD!!!!
Not helpful at all!!! They lied about their abilities. Considering what I now know, they really haven't done anything for all the money I spent. The IRS still took my money and they couldn't stop it. I finally stopped it myself. I will be asking for my money back! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Such a waste of an entire year!
Bertanzetti Electric hired them in May! All they do is ask for paperwork over and over. The liens keep getting filed. They tried to sell me a whole new situation not even knowing I was their client. Biggest joke of a company I have ever worked with! I'm with Matrix Business Solutions now
