A few of the providers are great, but overall the system is lacking. Exhibit A- my doctor messaged me and said to call their appointment office to get rescheduled. I called 12 times this morning (during business hours) and the receptionist couldn’t be bothered to do her job and pick up the phone. They also will generally just wait it out instead of actually treating you for illnesses that seem related to colds/flus.
