I had a flat and pulled into the parking lot of business. Within 15 minutes an employee ran out to offer help, after another 10 minutes the manager came out to offer assistance as well and brought me a cup of water. With this level of customer service and empathy for just a pedestrian in distress, I would trust them with any business matter.
I ordered an Andersen exterior French door and screen doors in may 2025. Received delivery in September with missing parts. I Notified DBS the day of delivery. Many emails and calls later to get resolution. Avoid Andersen products.
