The staff is friendly
When I first walked in, it didn't feel like I was walking into a shop, it felt more like I was entering the interior of a repurposed bank lobby i.e. the clerk was behind a thick glass barrier like a bank teller, there were stanchioned lines, and the merchandise was hidden; it really did feel like I had entered the wrong place.
