After buying stuff from their Ebay store, with no issues, I tried to place some orders on their website. Big mistake. First, you dont know what is, or isnt, in stock. If you place an order and item(s) are out of stock, then your order just sits there. No communication unless you bug them multiple times via emails or phone calls to get a response. Ordered a set of darts through their website and payed extra for 3 day shipping, when I saw that it hadn't shipped after 72 hours I called the shop and the man I talked to said he would go talk to the guys and get my Oder sent out, he also said he would upgrade my shipping at no cost to get the order to me. This place is awesome!! A hidden Gem with a great selection at great prices!! People are very helpful. The only place i will go for my dart needs!! Ordered online and picked up less then an hour later!!
Buyer beware - do not order from this retailer! Read his reviews and you’ll see a list of customers that never received their orders or their money back. It’s going on 12 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received the item or a refund. Worse yet, after multiple follow ups on status, I finally received a confirmation email 5 weeks ago indicating the order was cancelled and that I will receive a full refund within 3-5 days - 40 days later, no refund. Update: after posting review, the owner facilitated a refund.
We placed an order on 10/4. After a delay, we checked in with this vendor and were told the order was stuck on a boat (china?). We have sent many emails since, and this company no longer responds. We haven't received a refund or the order of nearlt $100. It is now 11/21. I cannot tell you how frustrating this is and how helpless it makes a person feel.
