Can’t believe the 2.1 rating I’ve been with this surgery for many years never had any issues very helpful, supportive and caring.
In 7 years with them I have always received an outstanding service . They are excellent in diagnosis and treatments
Refused medication because I have tefused to have blood tests and this is my rights under NHS and nice guidelines Refused the opportunity to speak to the practice manager and will be taking the matter to the GMC
Please tell me why it takes 4 days to get a GP appointment. These are part of the reasons why people get late diagnosis, one could wait until they are dying just because the system is so broken. Tax payers can’t even enjoy the benefit of the so called ‘free health care’ when the service is so slow and broken. Receptionist don’t get the details right which shows lack of adequate training to understand patients symptoms which creates more delays in diagnosis, doctors take their time to book you in, It’s terrible and it is all ... read more
Very polite staff and helpful doctors. They are supportive and non judgemental although sometimes it is difficult to get appointments over the phone making it easier to go the practice rather than call but overall an excellent service
