Unprofessional behaviour and put others in danger
Just left this past Friday after 7 months lease. Had a gun pointed at me OTR they called it road rage and blamed me. Lied about me hitting a service dog in a parking lot the day before where I took my 10 hour reset for the evening. Previous post by Prince Joseph is 100% accurate. I worked for dart twice. The first time Dart was one of the best trucking companies in the nation. I was there for 3 years. Second time around. Dart is one of the worst companies in the nation I was there for almost 1 year as least purchase. The truck they gave me racked up over $10,000 and repairs within one year!!! This company lies about everything they promise you during the recruitment process. Don’t believe anything they say and have them give it to you in writing before you go to orientation. The recruiter (Cindy) lied to me about driver income, equipment, and contract to recruit and retain me. At orientation the instructor (Matt) lies about promises of higher pay with the conviction of signing the contract.
