I left the company seven months ago. Came home to take care of mother. This was communicated to my fleet manager. I wasn't able to return, so I decided to part ways. When I decided to move onto another company. The company stated DART had terminated me. After taking time to look into this I was hired with new company. DART was already a horrible place to work. BACK IN STRIDE AGAIN
Overall the company is not bad just wasn’t getting the miles needed to run as a independent contractor miles were terrible 500 miles every trip I was just running to pay there deduction nothing left over for me to live off
Dart is a good place to work if you are safe, efficient, courteous, and a pro driver. Dart focuses on safety for all( that's the way it should be), no room for error in big trucks.
