Dart was supposed to change all outlets from regular to GFI protected near water in my older home. They did that, but the finishing work was horrible. None of the faceplates sit flush, outlets are lopsided and it looks very poor. I wouldn’t recommend.
Service: Remove and replace exterior door. I was skeptical given the reviews, but the real estate agent recommended. Overall, I am very happy with the work done. Eric was the person on site most of the time. He was polite, professional, got his work done in a timely fashion, and cleaned up the mess. This conpany was used for maintenance by Coldwell banker, and I believe they scam property owners. I spent thousands of dollars on repairs by them in 2019, and lots of the work has already had to be redone. As an example, the storm door they installed in 2019 already has to be replaced. They also have a habit of qouting things that dont make sense, such as hundreds of dollars to "fix light fixtures". 3 years later, i still have yet to meet a single person who can explain how someone fixes a light fixture.
