The drivers are coming late the people they pickup are sitting in the house or apartment knowing they have a schedule pickup drinking juice and eating meals some are even sleep when they arrive they make us late to our appointment we put a time but they come after that time because the drivers have a hard time because they're waiting on them to come out the drivers have to lock the wheelchairs that takes time and sometime the people have odors on the bus and some of the buses are not clean they have people who have urine sme... read more

I had scheduled a pickup and return trip to the Solis Imaging facility four days in advance. The day of pickup the Dart driver arrived picked me up and travel about 10 mins to pickup another rider. However, instead of him taking me to my appointment since I was the first pickup, yet he proceeds to divert from my appt route which was only 15 mins.
