We started off with an issue with an appointment time, however, Nicholas dealt with it very professionally. He was calm, didn't get defensive, apologized and found a solution. The workmanship was great and I am more impressed at how he turned a bad experience into a good one. Keep it up!
Gave a 4 hour window, never showed up. Didn't respond afterwards when we sent an email inquiring and complaining as to how rude that was. Still never heard back.
