Shafts broken on darts new in package never used and would not ship new shafts definitely don’t recommend

The person that responded to your email misunderstood . It wasn't clear that they were broken in the package and had never been thrown. We are sending you a couple of replacement sets tomorrow We apologize for the error. You'll have them in a few days

My brother and I went there on a Friday and spent over two hours. The staff was great!!! Between us we tried at least 30 different darts sets. They have a practice board up and you can try the different designs and more importantly the different weights so you can buy something you truly like, and feels good in your hand. This beats buying something you have never thrown before. Tons of flights, shafts etc.

About to start playing on a team after 13 years off and needed new darts. My wife and I drove out today and met Tom. This guy knows his stuff, was not pushy or rush rush. He helped me evaluate the way I throw, my stance and how I held my darts. Then he asked what price range we were in and we told him and he never tried to up-sell which was awesome!
