RecommendedI feel that not only do a good job, but they are econmical too. I took my car in for a noise that I didn't recognize. They had to take the wheel off. But didn't charge me. I told them that wasn't fair they did work, but they wouldn't take anything. Needless to say I told it back there the next time I had a problem

I just got my car back from Dart Automotive in Grove City Ohio, and I highly recommend you never, ever take your car there! I picked up the car (after a 4-month repair that was supposed to take no more than 2 weeks), and somehow they had managed to separate the back windshield, which had gone from clear to almost black, from the convertible top, and then when I got home, I looked back, and saw yellow foam and other guts of the car spilling out behind the seats. Horrors!
I have used this shop for years with my Mustang never had an issue,unfortunately with my impala it wasn't so good of a service, I took my care in for the same issue several times only for it to get worse wheel bearing ,then a sensor and something else ,each time I would tell them how it would drive asked them to ride with me they knew what it was and yet my car shook worse even though that wasn't the original issue..my new tire blew on the freeway. not saying their fault ..IJS no one found the issue...$$$$$ later.
