Got our air con installed December 2017 by the end of January it stopped working, contacted Dart several times but was to busy to come out or didn't want to, eventually paid someone else to help us contact manufacturer Fujitsu, they came out and we found out Dart had damaged the unit when installing, shoddy workmanship, thankfully Fujitsu fixed it free of charge, while waiting for this to happen we had a lot of rain, our roof ended up collapsing due to water damage because Trent /Dart forgot to put the roof tiles back on the... read more
