Just money making buisness. Went for cleaning which we usually do with other dentist in sugarland. They removed xrays and said we can't clean as we need to do gum cleaning and you need to pay out of pocket. We declined the service as we just needed regular cleaning and gum cleaning was never the requirement. They billed to insurance without routine cleaning and then making us pay for what was never performed. Pathetic service. We did the routine cleaning from our regular dentist in sugarland.
