Disappointing Experience with Hygiene and Service Quality! The hygiene practices were concerning, as the same wax strip was reused for different areas until I had to remind them to change it. The experience was not up to standard in terms of hygiene and professionalism. This is my 2nd review: samething happened with me I went 7 26pm website showing close 8pm , they hv only only 1 person she told me to wait 20min for eyebrow waxing!!!! Why r u wasting people time Stuffs r not friendly, specially the tall n fair lady she is like a boss,not good with customers,salon close at 8pm,I arrived st 7.35pm she didn't allow me in just for a eyebrow waxing and I am regular customer of that salon, another day she waxed my eye brow so hard that skin came off in some places!!! Poor
