Disappointing Experience – Groupon Voucher Not Honored I visited this parlor with a Groupon voucher, but they refused to accept it, claiming that only the owner could approve it. To our surprise, the person refusing was actually the owner! She was even willing to offer the service but only if I don’t use the voucher. This felt misleading and unprofessional. If a business advertises deals through Groupon, they should honor them instead of making excuses. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
Worst! She doesn’t take her time, it’s like she’s rushing to finish my brows. She doesn’t brush, she doesn’t tweeze, she doesn’t even offer me a tissue when she notices that the hair that she’s removed is all over my face. When I look at my brows, I noticed that she cut half of the edge of my brow off!!!! Since she wasn’t brushing my brows, she cut some and left some.
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here for over 10 years. She’s so quick. Very nice
