HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE practice and company. After waiting almost six months to see Dr. Patel, transferring my records, filling out lots of forms etc., I discovered on the day of my first appointment that he refuses to see patients unless they bring their old script bottles with you, (a list of them is not acceptable, nor are pictures of the bottles) and their office manager Dawn is inept. I actually enjoyed my visit for my scan. They were very good and precise doing their job.
Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable,always willing to help. Wait time, maybe 5 minutes. Dr. Patel is very thorough, and he really listens to what you have to say. He is professional and compassionate!
Dr. Patel is much more personable and interactive. He appears helpful and interested in facilitating our wellness.
