If i could rate 0/5 stars I would. Went to have cyst removed from ear area. Doctor took stitches out too early after I told him it’s been bleeding and a couple of days later infected my wound. Went to patient first and was prescribed antibiotics. Returned to Berks ENT and was told everything was fine. Took over 2 weeks for the wound to heal and was infected because they removed stitches too soon. Now it’s 5 months later and my cyst has came back meaning they didn’t even remove it all. As a heads up, this practice is not accepting Medicaid for anyone older than 21 y/o
I’ve never had an issue . Dr Watson was great with my son. Both surgeons are supposed to be very good .
Terrible practice and very unethical behaviors from their staff. They denied my 1 year old care today after driving over an hour which they were aware. All over a misunderstanding of insurance issues. They didn’t take the time to resolve after my insurance tried to advocate for me over the phone with them. The administrator was not accommodating and did not care at all about the patient, my daughter regarding her chronic ear infections.
