Terrible practice and very unethical behaviors from their staff. They denied my 1 year old care today after driving over an hour which they were aware. All over a misunderstanding of insurance issues. They didn’t take the time to resolve after my insurance tried to advocate for me over the phone with them. The administrator was not accommodating and did not care at all about the patient, my daughter regarding her chronic ear infections. Absolutely awful experience with the Audiologist and the Office Administrator. Waited over 2 months for an appointment after seeing the doctor and being referred to the audiologist. Sat in the waiting room for a half hour. Audiologist was more worried about office drama than helping my mother get a hearing aid. They absolutely did not do their job and gave us incorrect insurance information. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Found someplace else to get a hearing aid from and would never ever go back there!!!
Always had a great visit
Deborah Dropcho is the best I've ever seen. She is knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, and compassionate. I highly recommend her and Berks ENT. Wishing more healthcare providers were more like her.
