I was on a plane dec8 and finally book an appointment January 2 my right ear never acclimated. I went to the office. They told me basically to pinch my nose and try to pop my ear because they couldn’t do anything else. Everything that they checked out was “ Normal“ I’m going to find another ENT practice. It was a waste of $40.
Went for a commonly performed septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Ended up with a perforated and collapsing septum that I now need to see a reconstructive surgeon to have corrected. Would NOT recommend going here to anyone.
My two daughters have been patients since 2010. They refuse to see anyone else. Even as adults they return there to see Dr Mueller.
If i could rate 0/5 stars I would. Went to have cyst removed from ear area. Doctor took stitches out too early after I told him it’s been bleeding and a couple of days later infected my wound. Went to patient first and was prescribed antibiotics. Returned to Berks ENT and was told everything was fine. Took over 2 weeks for the wound to heal and was infected because they removed stitches too soon. Now it’s 5 months later and my cyst has came back meaning they didn’t even remove it all.
