Disappointed in the services at reception. Half hour late and was not acknowledged
Both of my kids see Dr.Mueller and he’s phenomenal! He recently removed my six year old son’s tonsils and adenoids that were huge. After two weeks he’s healed, breathing out his nose and no longer snoring - it’s a miracle! He and his staff are incredible and everyone is very caring A+++
Sadly to say I went to this place not once but twice and seen two different doctors and they dismissed me they didn't know what was the cause for the inflammation in my face if they were to get sick then they would know how it feels if they were to get dismissed it is sad when you having an issue and they don't know what it is they should just say I'm sorry I don't know what it is go see another specialist somewhere else I went to Hershey ENT out of town and I found the cause of the inflammation
We went on November 24 when my son was 6days old because his tung was tied, the doctor was very rude and the room was very drity. I didnt feel comfortable with the doctor so we left without getting his tung fixed. At check out we were told we would not be billed because we did nit receive what we came for. They did bill us and when we called and asked why they told us we had to pay it. I will never take my child there again.
I have been seeing Dr. Watson once a year for the last 15 years. I find him to be kind and knowledgeable with a pleasant bedside manner. Unfortunately, I was subjected to their condescending Office Manager when I called to make my yearly appointment to renew my prescriptions. While attempting to make my appointment, I was suddenly transferred to the Office Manager.
