Employees should NOT be parking at the front door. At least park in the back row. It has shade. I have also experienced some attitude from the senior window attendant. She must be family to feel so entitled. You have 2 strikes against you, next one....I'm gone.
I’ve been going to this practice since before Dr simms took over and it was Dr Zatz. It’s unfortunate how far it has gone downhill. I’ve had 2 instances here and this past instance was the last straw. My first instance was coming in with tooth pain and I was told to get a different toothpaste. A few months later my tooth was infected and I needed a root canal. This most recent instance was a routine cleaning. Ive had to change dentists recently due to insurance, chose this office because its close to my work. Staff is friendly. Dr. Simms is very nice and is easy to have a conversation with. Highly recommend.
