I just had my first crown in 20 years. No one looks forward to this procedure but the process was as pain free and comfortable as it could be. A warm blanket was offered as well as lavender essential oil to reduce the smell of the drilling and sound proof headphones that connect to Bluetooth helped reduce the sound of the drill. My experience at this practice was absolutely wonderful. It all started at check-in where I was greeted by Jo and Megan and Tammy ( big smiles with great personalities and very professional ). Then, I met Anni who took care of me during my visit (smart, knowledgeable about her craft, enjoys serving patients and making the dental experience very comfortable).
