My wife broke her ankle and saw Dr. Auston yesterday. The office, Ortho One has taken care of me in the past. Office staff is professional and very nice. Dr. Auston was meticulous in her treatment and spent the time to fully explain the extent of the injury. I hope I never have to be a patient there again, but if I do, I certainly will go back to Ortho One and Dr. Auston.
Dr. Auston has such an incredible bed side manner. When you are hurting, you want to have a doctor that understands your pain and wants to help. He knew everything I was saying about my fractured ankle, knew what I was saying about my sprained ankle, and was just amazing and correct with his diagnosis. I am doing much better. Still have a way to go. But I wouldn't go to anyone else but him if I had another problem like this one, (which I hope I don't). He's an amazing doctor!
