I always use their service, very helpful and understanding, this time I needed Xtra help and I'm patiently waiting their arrival back to finish... Using system as little as possible, no laundry, I don't want to make anything worse or back up, it's been a 2 wk process so far... Jeremiah is a good guy. Thanks

When calling to set up an appointment for septic tank cleaning, she was very polite and cheerful.  Asked if I was calling with an issue or routine cleaning.  Once I was put on the list for routine, it didn’t take long to get a phone call to let me know the guy was coming out to do the job.  The worker did a good job and leveled the dirt back out. Receptionist was helpful and scheduled promptly. Darrs Cleaning and Septic services are Promt and professional. The service men were professional and kind. Not bothered by questions about the service. The service techs went above expectations to make sure drainage was clear in all directions. Will call them again for services. We had quite a situation with our septic tank and company coming to spend the night. We called and got help from Darr's Cleaning septic tanks in Clyde Ohio. The person answering the phone was so helpful and tried to get us in asap. The house was starting to smell and I called and told Darr' s, and she got a truck out that day! The technician was so friendly and helpful. He gave us tip on how to avoid this problem again and offered to have Darr's Cleaning call us in 3 years to see if we need another clean. Top Service. We had quite the situation with our septic tank and company coming to spend the night. It wasn't pretty. We called ****** Cleaning septic service in ***************. They saved the day! The person answering the phone understood completely and got someone out to our house as an emergence that day! The technician couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. He offered to put us on a list in 3 years to remind us of another cleaning and offered a lot of advise to never have this problem again. Thank you ****** Cleaning!

I find Darr's services to be top notch, knowledgeable, and very professional. We have had them twice this year alone for a stopped up drain and septic tank suckout.
