Was absolutely great working with my schedule and with progressing me through exercises to help me with my injury. Did a great job and very appreciative of the work he did. Strongly recommend if you need physical therapy of any kind.
Wonderful experience. Brent not only shows you how to use exercise to bring your joints back to proper condition, but shares his knowledge of mindset, full body healing, etc. through exercise, diet, and scientific understanding of your specific problem.
