Just finished physical therapy for a knee replacement. Thank you Elise for an awesome workout. You challenged me and encouraged me. The variety of exercises made the time go by fast but I felt the progress! Thank you! The girls in the office also did a great job keeping the paperwork straight. They were so friendly!
