My wife and I worked with Weichert Realtors over the last several months and have to say that both Sona and Darrin were absolutely great to work with. They are both extremely knowledgeable and made the purchase of our condo in Barefoot Resort easy.
Darrin was the buyers agent and he was a pleasure to work with We sold our condo on our own and he was very prompt answering our emails and concerns. I will be using Darrin the next time I sell or buy a home in South Carolina
I don’t usually leave reviews, good or bad, but I had such a great experience working with Darrin that I felt compelled to. He is literally the best real estate agent I have EVER worked with and I have bought and sold many properties in my business. I even have realtors that are friends and still his level of service and attentiveness is simply the best. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not work with him. Being from out of town and knowing someone is that diligent on your behalf is priceless.
I met Darrin at an open house. He talked with me and recommended a new build for me. Within an hour I was meeting with the new home sales rep. that he contacted for me. I truly appreciated his knowledge of what would be best for my housing needs. He does a great job. I highly recommend Darrin!
Darrin made the process of buying our new home painless. We were a 21 hour drive away and couldn’t just hop in the car to look at a house. He met my dad and sister to see a home that we were interested in and knew wouldn’t last long and he FaceTime me so I could see it. He sent me emails with lots of listings and answered all my calls and questions.
