"We chose Darrin as our realtor after reading numerous good reviews about him. We moved from the US to the Sunshine Coast and Darrin was outstanding. Knowledgeable, organized, efficient and super easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to sell my home. Darrin really knows the Gibsons market inside and out — he knew exactly what buyers wanted and got my home priced and positioned just right. My house sold in one week ! Thanks to Darrin, I was completely moved out and ready well before possession day, no scrambling around at the l... read more

When I first reached out to Darrin, I was a first-time homebuyer with absolutely no idea what I was doing. I was sitting at work looking at listings when I filled out one of those little “request more information” forms. Within two minutes, my phone rang. It was Darrin. From that first conversation, he was warm, knowledgeable and, most importantly, honest. He was just as willing to point out concerns with a property as he was its potential. There was never any pressure. It genuinely felt like his priority was helping us find... read more
