I've been with Darrick for years. He's always been prompt and upfront with me regarding all of my insurance needs, and he has always had great people working in his office. His agents obviously follow his lead in working with people. I will be leaving the Charlotte area soon, but I intend to stay with Darrick because of his outstanding and upfront interactions with me.
