We had two rugs cleaned and are extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and the final results. Joseph came out to give us an estimate and took the time to explain all our options, along with sharing helpful tips on keeping our rugs clean. this is the best carpet cleaning service i've ever had. darrell is really good at his job and knows exactly which cleaner works best for each stain. he doesn't just show up, clean the carpet, and leave—he always asks about every spot to find out what caused it and explains the best way to get it out. i never realized there were so many ways to treat different stains until now. darrell also let me know how often my carpets should be cleaned to keep up with the manufacturer's warranty, which was super helpful. i have him clean... read more
