Dr Rowan was very friendly and explained everything to me in the pre-op area, before I went home and in the offc post op. I was very impressed with him and would certainly see him if I needed general surgery again.
The doctor was very thorough, explained the surgery and answered my questions. Also, the nurses were good. I can't say I had a good time, but I was taken care of.

Everyone was very nice, my waiting times were good and Dr. Rowan was very helpful at explaining the procedures that I could choose from.
